You have done the first step and you have been accepted as a developer.
Now to get the add-ons creator you need to create an add on and wait until it gets approved by the TeamSpeak team

Make a Sound Plugin and upload it.

Go to settings -> Options -> My teamspeak -> Badges (on the right side)
You can put the code there.

I really expected more from the TS team.
They should've made the normal gamescom badge unique codes as well. I mean, it's not hard xD
The more people have it, the less special it is. That's why I'm not even using that badge lol
