For there hero badge you've to ask someone in person at 5.1 at GamesCom to get a onetime code card.

i am pretty sure that they won't make one time code for each user. kinda two much pain in the ass for that.
Maybe it's just a key that it's not published liked that.

I do not know at all .. All I can tell you is that it was the user who posted this screenshot who told me this sentence in mp. But I do not know what it is "5.1".

there was no code for the 2016 one. The only way to get it was to register during that time.

Please read before post .. Gamescom have two badges the seconde is Gamescom Hero

if you actually check that screenshot he has the same badge twice. It a bug probably, cause he joined in r4p3 teamspeak and he had the same badge twice.

The gaming hero is private.

The gaming hero is only getable through winning a game at the Teamspeak Panel.
Theres unique codes!

TS Hero Badges can be optained by playing a Game at Gamescom.
