udp port

Hi guys!
Maybe a little off topic, but even so I think there are people who can help!
Bought a server OVH and it is not configured in something I figured out. Only one remained Problem with ports udp and tcp.
There are people who know how to open them?
Without them you can not make a record and not konekt SRV address without the port.
