TS3 Load problem

Hi, I have problem with loading icons.(on every server)

I tried reinstalling ts3. I unlocked the ports in the firewall, I completely disabled the firewall. All for nothing

Every time I was connect part of the icon gets downloaded.

I was created thread in teamspeak3 forum, But they moved me to server problems.. This is a problem with the client

netsh int ip reset c:\reset_log.txt
netsh int ipv6 reset c:\reset_log.txt
net stop policyagent
netsh firewall set opmode disable
netsh branchcache reset
netsh winsock reset

I used those commands that helped a little, but still not good.

I downloaded 50 icons, but I still do not see a significant part (icons of those rank dont have)
