restart server instances

I have mounted one teamspeak server on my vps, and i use Yatqa to administrate it, i created one more server with this tool, 8 days with no problems, but today the second server crashed and i cant start it from Yatqa, the main server was up.

Finally i solved this by restarting the main server, then the second comes back up.

now, my questions are:
1.- is there a way to restart affected instances only without restarting the main server?
2.- what's the propperly way to create servers for my client-friends?
3.- is there a way to provide to my clients the option to restart their server?

1. yes use yatqa or write your own query tool thingy
2. the proper way to create servers is using query commands to create them.
3. you could use a php script....
