I don't have it. But you can try to patch an existing client (1444491275) with this : http://files.teamspeak-services.com/updater-images/client/1445263695/
That should give you 3.0.19

Well you could mirror the whole website and then redirect its domain to your web server where you deleted everything but the right version. I suppose that would work.

I did, however I re-setup my computer. So not anymore.
