Hi , i want an script which it would get client informations Like:

Example:
Name: "John"
Groups: "Counter strike , League of Legends etc..."
Platform: "linux , windows , etc..."

i was searching in google and in many sites , but i didn't found something similar to this.
I dont have any source's or image's , sorry.
Help Please
