Redirect link on ts3

Hello i want to create redirect link on ts3. I know this is possible because i did it in the past but now i dont remember how to do it.
Example I want to see it was https://www.youtube.com/ but if i click on it redirects me on teamspeak server.
I hope you understand me xd
