The script has been created by @Laszl0w except a couple stuff stated below.
CAUTION: THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE USED PUBLICLY(YET) AS IT IS NOT SECURED, SOME PEOPLE MISUNDERDSTOOD THIS, I ONLY ADDED THE FOLLOWING:
What I have done:
- Added a boostrap design for better visual.
- Fixed a bug with server status not showing up. (small typo)
- Changed the "create channel" automatic channel creation codec to OPUS VOICE.
- Added MAC users to show up in clients online.
- Added UID of clients online. ( With help of a good old friend x) )
- Added a changelog of what @Laszl0w has made on the main page.
The original thread posted by @Laszl0w only includes:
- Create a virtual server
- Generate admin privilege key
- Create a channel
- List online clients
- Message outdated users
- Kick a client
- Kick all clients
@Laszl0w gave me an updated script that also included:
- Added an option to shutdown / start a server by serverID
- Added an option to ban an user
- Added an option view servers
** Shows server ID
** Shows server name
** Shows server port
** Shows server current slots
** Shows server uptime

Current bugs:
If your TS3 name starts with 0x (like mine) a lot of features will be bugged, such as but not limited to:
- Not showing up in clients online. (or only showing the "0")
- Unable to kick any other client than yourself. (You will be unable to use Kick a client if someone on your TS3 has "0x" in the beginning of his/her name, it will only kick that person and ignore everyone else)
- Add ban is not working
