NPL License is closed?!?

For over a week I've been trying to send a request for NPL license but it's always closed for registrations. So, what to do?
Can't request NPL license, there is no crack for TS3 server 3.3.1, The new client 3.2.1 can't connect to old TS3 servers 3.0.xx.
So, I'm forced to use only free TS3 3.3.1 with 32 slots

Noone forced you to use 32 slots only! Go buy a license if you want it right now.

If I had the money to buy a paid license I would buy it. But in this topic I'm talking about how to get a FREE license.
