And of top of that, when you dont let Teamspeak know what your new IP is, your npl wont renew automaticly.From the moment your lisence is real, you won't have a problem.
i guess it's a npl? max 2 vservers and 512 slots total. you are fine to use it under another ip address.
i would also recommend to contact teamspeak support and let them know cause in case you lose the lisence they will resend it under the domain you will probably won't have access anymore. so you will be covered from all the points.
