JTS3ServerMod Hosting Edition

Hey, i have the version 5.5.7
but im with a problem
I received the following error message: "Reached no service on that IP address / port! Make sure that the JTS3ServerMod process is running and the telnet_enable and telnet_run_forever settings at the JTS3ServerMod_InstanceManager.cfg are enabled!"
I already checked that and I have it right, i dont how to fix it.
How do I find the IP address of the Web Interface? It is hosting on bot.ndevils.eu, and I did on cmd: ping bot.ndevils.eu

I just clicked on this link: *removed* ad it opens me your web interface!
