IP Resolver without permission

is there a program which allows you to see the client address without the permission "b_client_remoteaddress_view"?

If there are any programs it would be nice if you could reply. c:

Very late reply but I found the best way is to make a new channel with the description as a hidden iplogger.org picture, when they click on the channel to join they load the image giving you their IP.
