Tutorial How to steal teamspeak icons from a server

Step 1
Go to your Roaming folder. You can find it by pressing your "Win key" and "R". Now you should see a window which is called "Run". Type "%appdata%" in the Textbox and click the OK button.

Step 2
Open the Folder TS3Client and go into the folder cache.

Step 3
Here are all the icons stored, you ever saw. So Just open a random folder and go into the icons folder (each folder is one server). The content in this folder should look like this:

Step 4
Ignore the "dummy.png" and rename the other files to NameOfYourChoice.png. As you can see, you are now able to open the files

Congratulations! You can steal every teamspeak icon you want

You can also use YaTQA to steal icons or read old chat logs.

1. Connect to the server that you want the information from with your Teamspeak 3 Client.
2. Click on "Tools" -> "Invite Buddy", check the "Insert my current: " "Server" checkbox and click on "Copy to clipboard".
3. Open up YaTQA and click on "Client's Server Data...", paste the link in your clipboard and check the boxes you want.
4. Click on "Show" and enjoy ^^

Check another Server and if it's empty too, check if your ts3 folder is located in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local

mv icon_* icon_*.png not sure if that works, but if you have a massive folder that should be nice.

You know.. Icons are stored on your computer, permissions are not.
To answer your (not thought out) question: NOPE

Take a look at your teamspeak directory. There should be a folder which is called "cache" which includes these files.

Just a tip, if you are stealing tons of icons and not a couple.

Try using this.
Small tutorial.
Click "rename" and you're done.
FYI: doing this in the same folder will cause the icons to be downloaded again. (without the extension)
