Customer kicking without permission!

Hello guys.

I have a serious problem and I need your help, every tag that is created even if I take the kick permission it can still kick ...

If I put the permission -1 she can no longer kick, but if I just remove the permission she can still kick.

Anyone have any idea of the problem?

There has been a discussion few weeks ago which had similar problem, the solution for it was to set
i_client_needed_kick_from_server_power
i_client_needed_kick_from_channel_power
both values should be set and > 0
