Bot to manage channels

Hello, I saw a bot on a ts3 server that it managed the amount of channels it had on the server.
example:
When the public channel strip of 2 slots was missing only 2 channels to be maximum it created another channel just below and when the remaining channels are free it deleted the channels.
Is there something similar here in the forum?

what server are you talking about? he just mentioned a bot function he saw on a TeamSpeak3 server, and it is nothing but a simple PHP coded bot. I also saw this on multiple well-known servers!
