Big trouble with snapshots

i am having an issue while importing an server snapshot, i get this error bellow:

Does someone have any ideas what could that be? i really need to move this snapshot server to another vps in order to get a customer satisfied.

Could you be more specific?
You mean SERVER ID?

The only case to get an error like this, is if your Snapshot is destroyed or you have added client at the default Admin Server Query(2) - Server Group.
Assuming you Snapshot is good, go remove any client from Admin Server Query(2) Server Group
