1. Create your icon with xx format
2. Your icon's name must be like this icon_number ex: icon_1232123
3. Copy your icon to folder /opt/ts3-server/files/virtualserver_1/internal/icons/
4. Create new group and set icon with new icon's id icon_1232123 it's id of your big icon

using Yatqa to upload large icon like 32×32

Actually, @Bluscream @razerko2 this has been fixed and it doesn't work anymore. I mean you can still upload the big file, but it doesn't show up in the client!
If you want to "Revert" that fix you need this plugin: https://www.myteamspeak.com/addons/1ae92de7-401c-4f7b-b678-5f5dfcc0d143 but every client in your server will need it, show they can see the big icons too.
