Backing up icons from /internal folder PHP framework

Anyone got any resource, script to backup icons or images used by a single virtualserver?
To move a server I use the snapshot function, but I lost icons form channels and server group .
WHat are you using?
I dont like to use ssh to copy those files.
Php framework should work fine with that.
