how can i remove spam poke and message from clients ?

To disable channel text message remove: b_client_channel_textmessage_send
To disable PM remove: i_client_private_textmessage_power
To disable poke remove: i_client_poke_power

From a specific client or server group and assign it to the target

You can edit server's anti-flood, just reduce the needed to block commands points..
