With this script you can block those ips that are overloading your system.

The script has comments explaining everything it does, you just have to read if what is commented with a # and if you are interested in deleting that pad to uncomment it.

Nothing too special then other IPTABLES rules we've seen here.

Why would someone need to contact you to change ports? They can open it with notepad and add ports itself even rules

Not everyone knows, anyone can enter and change the ports since the script is not encrypted
